Job summary

EVOLVES CONSULTING LLC is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to support Agile Release Trains (ART) and drive value delivery across environments. The role acts as an Agile Coach, facilitating events and processes while coordinating with stakeholders, Product Manager/Owner, and technical teams.

The STE will lead PI Planning readiness, manage release schedules, and help track feature delivery. Strong SAFe, facilitation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

5+ years in an Agile environment as Release Train Engineer or equivalent.
Experience planning and coordinating multiple projects concurrently.
Knowledge of risk and dependency management.
Strong organization, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Independent thinking with continual improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

Facilitate PI Planning readiness and pre/post PI activities.
Collaborate with ARTs and manage release information for stakeholders.
Work with government and contractor teams to coordinate work.
Develop Epic Review packages and coordinate them through approval.
Track feature delivery and coordinate with ART stakeholders.
Lead Inspect & Adapt workshops and drive relentless improvement.
Provide Jira/Confluence administrative support.
