Job summary

Bystronic Inc. in Hoffman Estates, Illinois invites a Solution Sales Expert to partner with local sales teams and proactively grow the solution business in the region.

You will be the go-to advisor for advanced solution projects and collaborate with the Solution Design team to shape compelling quotations. The role requires travel about half the time, strong presentation skills, and the ability to train others on solution bundles and sales tools while reporting on progress to the Head of Solution

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical, IT or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
• Experience in presales/technical sales or consulting is a plus.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time or more, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to role for solution sales in the regional market.
• Train local sales teams on standardized solution bundles.
• Act as SME on Solutions Sales Tools and train teams on usage.
• Plan customer visits to generate advanced solution opportunities.
• Execute solution sales initiatives in market/subsidiary.
• Coordinate RFQ activities and deliver complete quotations with Solution Design team.
• Provide monthly solution business reporting to Head of Solution Sales.
