Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Solution Owner to provide end-to-end ownership for one or more Sonexus solutions, ensuring predictable delivery, stability, and financial stewardship. You will lead cross-functional teams on a Salesforce-based platform and align with the SDLC standards to drive run-ready transitions.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years of delivery experience, strong Salesforce knowledge, and proven planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in delivering complex solutions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned solutions across intake, build, implementation, transition to run, and ongoing support.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for solution delivery, stability, and outcomes, eliminating fragmented ownership across teams.
• Translate product and business goals into executable delivery plans with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Ensure predictable delivery through disciplined planning, estimation, execution, and follow-through.
• Establish and enforce solution-level decision rights, reducing day-to-day escalation with clear options and tradeoffs.
