Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Solution Owner responsible for end-to-end ownership of Salesforce-based Sonexus solutions, including ConnectSource and Marketing Cloud, ensuring predictable delivery, stable operations, and strong alignment with business partners.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, translate strategy into executable plans, govern SDLC, and drive run readiness and governance to reduce escalation and deliver measurable outcomes across onshore and offshore teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of cross-functional delivery leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce-based solutions and enterprise apps.
• Experience leading large, multi-site delivery with offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end outcomes for assigned Salesforce solutions, from intake to run.
• Serve as the single accountable owner for delivery, stability and outcomes.
• Translate goals into executable delivery plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Ensure predictable delivery through planning, estimation, and follow-through.
• Establish solution-level decision rights and reduce escalations.
