Job summary

Intapp’s Solutions Delivery team seeks a Solution Engineer to implement Intapp solutions in client environments. You will configure and manage integrations using Boomi, Intapp Integrate, and SQL Server, translating requirements into scalable technical configurations and workflows.

Responsibilities span data mapping, validation, issue resolution, and client workshops, while collaborating across teams to improve delivery processes and provide training and knowledge transfer to users.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical implementation, operations, or support roles within SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and ability to write, interpret, and troubleshoot complex queries, joins, and data transformations.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and system integration patterns.
• Working knowledge of Regular Expressions (RegEx) for parsing and transforming data.
• Familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms.

Position Overview

The Solution Engineer plays a critical role within Intapp’s Services Delivery team, focused on the implementation of Intapp solutions within client environments. This role combines strong technical integration skills with a deep understanding of client business needs, ensuring that solutions are configured, deployed, and supported effectively. Solution Engineers contribute to multiple concurrent projects and are responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, high-quality technical deliverables.

What you will need

Familiarity with Boomi or comparable integration platforms. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage concurrent workstreams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

Exposure to enterprise systems such as billing, HR, CRM, DMS, or telephony. Experience with Microsoft IIS, Exchange, or similar operational infrastructure. Familiarity with Intapp solutions. Boomi Associate Developer Certification. Experience using issue tracking and project management tools (e.g., JIRA). Prior experience delivering client onboarding sessions or administrative training.
