Job summary
NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is looking for a Solution Engineer to join their team. In this role, you'll work with innovative AI technologies, primarily involving Amazon Connect and Salesforce, to drive customer engagement and process efficiency.
Your responsibilities will include leading discovery sessions, creating proposals, and showcasing product demonstrations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience in CRM solutions and a passion for AI and technology. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with some travel.
Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years experience with CRM solutions/services, preferably with Amazon Connect.
- 2 - 3 years in a customer-facing role, ideally in Pre-Sales/Solution Engineering.
- Strong understanding of contact center telephony solutions.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Amazon and Salesforce products/assets to customers.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops with prospects.
- Gather requirements for large-scale Amazon Connect projects.
- Create compelling demos for showcasing product value.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams.
