Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Solution Lead / Solution Director in New York City, NY to shape and win large-scale, multi-tower opportunities. You will partner with account executives, presales, and delivery leaders to originate and close engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

This role requires 10–15+ years in solution engineering or related fields, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams and translate customer challenges into multi-year transformation

Qualifications

10–15+ years in Solution Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Sales.
Proven success leading complex, multi-tower services deals.
Strong background in managed and professional services integration.
Experience in MSP, GSI, or large-scale services environments.

Responsibilities

Shape and win strategic opportunities.
Lead executive engagement with CIO/CTO and business executives.
Architect services-led solutions combining professional and managed services.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across solution architects, engineers, and delivery teams.
Influence deal strategy, pricing models, and commercial constructs.
