Solution Architect (Pre-sales)

We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience in Data Management, Cloud, and AI to join our remote team.

You will report to the Manager, Technical Sales.

Technology You'll Use

Your Role Responsibilities

• Manage customer engagements.
• Share best practices, content, tips, and tricks within your area of responsibility.
• Stay current on certifications required for your area of expertise.
• Lead activities leading up to customer demos, including discovery, technical qualification, customer presentations, standard demos, and related communication.
• Assist with RFP responses and POCs.
• Partner with the CSM team on nurture activities like technical advisory and workshops.
• Provide customer feedback on product gaps using Vivun.
• Support demos at marketing events.

What We'd Like to See

• Basic knowledge of top 3 cloud ecosystems and top 2 data-related technologies.
• Understanding of cloud computing security aspects.
• Basic certifications in at least one cloud ecosystem and one data-related cloud technology.
• Skills on at least one Informatica-related software platform or technology.
• Storytelling skills and experience establishing communication for specific use cases.
• Ability to engage with influencers, coaches, decision-makers, and partners.
• Basic technical knowledge of hybrid deployment, Data Warehousing, Database, and Business Intelligence concepts.
