Job summary

Intone Inc. seeks a Solution Architect Lead based in Washington, DC, to own architecture, security design, AI engineering, and platform-release cadence for STAAND, a Dynamics 365/Power Platform-based system in GCC tenants and Azure in commercial cloud.

This hands-on role requires configuring, coding, prototyping, reviewing, and troubleshooting within the Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure stack, while guiding executive leadership and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Microsoft Certifications MB-230, PL-600, AZ-305.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform.
• 16+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in enterprise architecture.
• 5 years as lead architect on full D365 lifecycles.
• 2 years in generative AI/agentic development (Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio).
• 2 years of RAG/grounding, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• 5 years of application security experience in regulated environments (NIST 800-53).
• 2 years of government experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform architecture, security design, and AI engineering solutions for STAAND.
• Manage and execute the platform-release change cadence to maintain currency and stability.
• Configure, code, prototype, review, and troubleshoot within Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Lead full D365 implementation lifecycles and oversee enterprise-scale delivery.
• Architect and build Azure integrations, including PaaS services, data platforms, and identity solutions.
• Design and deploy generative AI and agentic solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Copilot Studio.
• Implement RAG, tool calling, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Design security controls for regulated environments, including threat modeling and secure SDLC.
• Architect cross-cloud and cross-tenant solutions in GCC and commercial clouds.
• Manage Power Platform ALM, solution layering, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Operate live production through vendor waves without service disruption.
• Deliver executive briefings to program leadership.
• Extend D365 with pro-code approaches (C#/.NET plug-ins, APIs, PCF controls).
• Design Power Pages portals and external-user security models.
