Job summary

Intone Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Senior Developer for a 6-month contract to own architecture and lead hands-on development for STAAND, the District’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System. The role focuses on C#/.NET, AI engineering, and Power Platform delivery within GCC/Azure environments.

You will design security, implement integrations, and manage release cadences while reporting to the DevOps Manager, ensuring high-quality code and robust architectural guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience with .NET/C# and Dynamics 365 platform architecture.
• Experience leading architectural design, security design, and release planning for enterprise platforms.
• Proficient in building AI-enabled components and CI/CD pipelines within the Power Platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex work in the backlog using C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript, PCF, and Azure services.
• Lead integrations across GCC/commercial cloud boundaries with robust retry and idempotency.
• Own Azure DevOps pipelines, environment strategy, and release cadences across multiple environments.
