Title: Solution Architect (Identity Access Management)
Location: Remote
Duration: Full-time
Compensation: $145,000.00-$155,000.00

Skillset / Experience: Seeking three experienced Solution Architects with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to support a large-scale enterprise application migration program . These roles are part of a 12-member architecture team delivering technical leadership across domains including cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and development tooling.
As an Identity Solution Architect , you will work closely with global application teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity integrations as systems move to modern platforms. You will guide the architecture and design of IAM services, contributing to successful migrations and long-term operational integrity. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead identity and access design for application migrations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Collaborate with application teams to assess identity needs, remediate gaps, and align with enterprise security and compliance standards
• Provide expert guidance on federated identity, authentication protocols, privileged access, and directory services
• Ensure successful integration and migration of identity services, including AD, SSO, PAM, and certificate-based authentication
• Document solutions, policies, and design patterns in alignment with architectural standards
• Participate in architecture reviews and risk assessments for identity-related components
• Partner with other domain architects (cloud, cyber, infra) to deliver end-to-end secure architectures
• Act as a subject-matter expert on IAM for engineering, compliance, and risk teams

Required Technical Expertise (Identity Focus): Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on experience with several of the following:

• Ping SSO (SAML, OIDC) – federated authentication and integration design
• Saviynt – identity governance, entitlement management, access certification
• Active Directory – domain design, OU structuring, replication, policy enforcement
• ARS / GPO Administration – delegated administration, access provisioning
• LDAP & Radius – legacy directory and network authentication support
• CyberArk PAM – vaulting, session monitoring, least privilege enforcement
• Digital Certificates – public key infrastructure (PKI), TLS/SSL authentication

General Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in Identity Architecture, IAM engineering, or related fields
• Proven success in leading identity integrations or migrations in global enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices related to identity and access
• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working in regulated industries or secure environments preferred
