We are seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Solution Architect .This is a full time remote position with minimal travel.

Must Have The Following

• 5+ years of Health Cloud/HLS Experience on implementations
• Salesforce Health Cloud Certification
• Solution Architecture leader who collaborates with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and management, to understand requirements
• Architect and lead discovery plans that cover the business organizations, processes, and personas defined in the project
• Create detailed User Stories and manage within an Agile Project tracking Tool (e.g., Jira)
• Engage a wide range of stakeholder (end users to senior leadership) to ensure completeness of requirements and alignment to project objectives
• Design scalable and sustainable solutions to address business needs, considering factors such as data model, security model, business processes, customization, and user experience
• Work with business stake holders to define before and after processes
• Collaborate with technical architects to translate user stories and requirements into robust solution designs
• Present findings and gain alignment on Solution design and benefits with all stakeholders
• Oversee the development and testing process to ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and usability
• Work with business stakeholders to refine user stories
• Work with on-shore and off-shore developers to ensure understanding of requirements and related business context
• Perform simple development, as required, using OOTB capabilities
• Lead demonstrations, prototypes, conference room pilots to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Plan, lead, and support Salesforce testing cycles (QA, UAT)
• Oversee the development and testing process to ensure that the Salesforce solutions meet functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and usability
• Work with business stakeholders to refine user stories
• Work with on-shore and off-shore developers to ensure understanding of requirements and related business context
• Perform simple development, as required, using OOTB capabilities
• Lead demonstrations, prototypes, conference room pilots to validate designs and identify opportunities for improvement
• Plan, lead, and support Salesforce testing cycles (QA, UAT)
• Lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations of Salesforce Health Cloud across payer and provider organizations, with mastery of clinical data models, care programs, patient/member engagement, and referral management
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure Health Cloud solutions using Apex, SOQL, and OmniStudio tools including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and FlexCards.
• Design and implement integrations with EMR/EHR platforms (such as Epic and Cerner) and third-party systems for eligibility, claims, and provider network management using tools like Mulesoft or Azure Data Factory.
• Lead Salesforce-to-Oracle integration strategy for financials, claims, member eligibility, or EPM systems by designing real-time and batch data flows across platforms to support enterprise data harmonization and reporting.
• At least one project with a Healthcare Provider
• Experience with Payers, Pharma, Med-tech a plus, but definitely not a must
• Experience with offshore teams
• Ability to do project estimates
• Ability to participate on eVerge Salesforce Health Checks for those Healthcare companies who have Salesforce (interview executives, help the technical team with analysis)
• Ability to work with Salesforce sales team members and with Alithya / eVerge sales on helping position Salesforce, Salesforce Health Cloud, and Alithya / eVerge services
• Ability to do Salesforce Health Cloud demonstrations for clients and prospects
• Ability to work with Marketing on content and messaging on Alithya / eVerge in Health Care
