In this role, you will translate business objectives into robust technical architectures, guide development teams, and ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of security, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Design: Develop and implement end-to-end technical frameworks, encompassing microservices, APIs, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Scalability & Performance: Ensure solutions are highly available, performant, and can grow with client needs.
• Security & Compliance: Apply best practices in cybersecurity, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product owners, sales, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and shape technical specifications.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code/design reviews, and uphold architectural standards.
• Technology Strategy: Research emerging tools, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and architectural patterns; recommend adoption where it drives value.
• Project Oversight: Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; monitor progress and troubleshoot roadblocks.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation and runbooks.
• Integrations & Migrations: Lead system integration efforts and data migration projects with minimal disruption to operations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years in software development and architecture roles.
• Proven track record as a Solution or Technical Architect with hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js ).
• Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric focus - detail-oriented and highly organized.
