Job summary

Geoforce seeks a Product Manager – Software to evolve its core Asset Management and Tracking experience. You will work with Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, including directly with customers, to deliver reliable, intuitive, and scalable product capabilities.

This hands-on role supports product discovery, defines requirements, prioritizes work, and partners with cross-functional teams to move ideas from concept to delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of product management or related roles.
• Experience with software products and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into clear requirements.
• Curiosity about workflows, technology, and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the product vision, roadmap, and execution for asset management capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX to design and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Engage with customers and internal teams to understand workflows and needs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog with leadership across Product, Engineering and Design.
• Support discovery activities including interviews, workflow analysis, and competitive research.
• Partner with teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of releases.
• Contribute to usability, performance, and scalability improvements.
• Support product launches, adoption, and customer education.
• Track metrics and feedback to guide future improvements.
