Job summary

GFT seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead geospatial asset management delivery, configuration, and client collaboration. You’ll supervise migrations, APIs, data structures, and workflows to optimize enterprise-scale solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in asset management, 5+ years with Esri software, and strong communication skills to guide projects and train users across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of asset management product configuration and administration.
• 5+ years with Esri's desktop and online software.
• 3+ years engineering solutions for clients.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and engineering of asset management solutions.
• Configure asset management products to align with client requirements.
• Manage relationships with asset management vendors.
• Configure and implement APIs, data structures, and databases.
• Lead migrations and upgrades including data validation and testing.
• Develop, configure and manage service requests, work orders and inspections.
• Provide user support and document solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
• Assist in testing, training, and go-live support for upgrades.
• Deliver client presentations to support pursuits and delivery.
• Maintain documentation and best practices.
• Research new products, vendors and implementation strategies.
• Support asset management programs across disciplines.
• Design cohesive user interfaces with strong UX.
