The Solution Architect is responsible for serving as the primary technical expert for the Coveo search platform and leading its integration across the customer experience ecosystem. This role designs and governs search, recommendations, personalization, and platform integration solutions while ensuring consistent data flow and user experiences across connected systems.
The ideal candidate has deep hands‑on experience with Coveo and search technologies, along with a strong background in software engineering or IT architecture. This role requires expertise in search relevance tuning, machine learning models, APIs, cloud technologies, and composable front‑end architectures within a B2B eCommerce environment.
