Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced Agentforce Solution Architect in Dallas to design and implement AI agents for sales processes. You will shape topics, instructions, and guardrails and build automation within Sales Cloud using Flow and Apex, while configuring Data Cloud to trigger proactive actions.

You will also integrate systems via APIs, test and tune agents, and support live demos and client workshops, delivering practical demonstrations and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce platform skills: Sales Cloud, Flow, Apex, APIs.
• Data Cloud experience (data streams, insights, triggers).
• Good understanding of prompt design and AI agent behavior.
• Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting to clients.
