Job summary

Doxis by SERgroup is seeking a Solution Architect to guide customers and internal teams, design tailored solutions using the Doxis Suite, and lead projects from concept to implementation with focus on long‑term value.

In this role you’ll optimize internal processes, train colleagues, and handle complex challenges while collaborating with product management, development, and service sales management to ensure cohesive delivery and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Consultant in the content management field or 3–4 years as a Solution Architect.
• Experience analyzing business processes and integrating cross-application data models.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and create design documents at technical and business levels.
• Project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within time and budget constraints.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to educate customers and build trusted advisor relationships.
• A solution-oriented mindset, a hands-on approach, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
• Desirable: Java, SQL, SAP or ERP systems, and cloud technologies.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel to client sites (East Coast, mainly).

About the role

In addition, you optimize internal processes, train colleagues, and successfully handle complex challenges.

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Consultant in the content management field or 3 to 4 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• Experience in analyzing business processes and integrating cross-application data models, along with strong technical expertise in designing and implementing project solutions
• Proven experience in gathering business requirements and creating design documents at both technical and business levels
• Demonstrated project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver projects within time and budget constraints
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with the ability to educate customers and build trusted advisor relationships
• A solution-oriented mindset, a hands‑on approach, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement
• Desirable skills include experience with programming languages such as Java, knowledge of database management such as SQL, and familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, as well as cloud technologies
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites (East Coast, mainly)
