The role includes optimizing internal processes, training colleagues, and handling complex challenges, while traveling to client sites on the East Coast as needed; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Consultant in content management or 3–4 years as Solution Architect.
• Strong technical ability to design and implement project solutions.
• Proven ability to gather requirements and create design documents at technical and business levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills; mentor for team members.

Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with customers to understand needs and develop sustainable, long-term solutions.
• Lead the technical aspects of scoping sessions and coordinate with project managers for successful delivery.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned and cohesive project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to business strategy with senior leadership and report to executive management.
• Coach and mentor team members and drive digital transformation and innovation.
• Support marketing with technical presentations and content creation.
