Job summary

Uline is seeking a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams, translating needs into technical solutions that improve processes and user experiences across our North American operation.

You will document processes and requirements, translate them into specs, and coordinate development, testing and implementation to ensure successful project delivery. This role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem solving, and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
