Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams. You will understand needs, document requirements, and shape effective technical solutions across the North American organization.

The role focuses on analyzing business processes, translating needs into specifications, and coordinating development and testing to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
