Job summary

Uline, a North American leader in shipping and packaging, seeks a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams to understand needs and shape technical solutions that improve processes and user experiences.

You will translate requirements into specifications, coordinate development, testing and implementation, and document current and future state processes. Bachelor's degree and 4+ years BA/IT experience required; AI tools a plus. On-site at Pleasant Prairie, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements.
• Translate business needs into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
