Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North American leader in shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams to shape effective technical solutions. You will use analytical skills to improve processes, systems, and user experiences across our large organization.

In this role, you will lead solution delivery, document processes, translate needs into specifications, and coordinate development, testing and implementation to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support development is a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
