Job summary

Uline seeks a Solution Analyst to join our team in shaping technical solutions alongside business and IT colleagues. You will analyze processes, document needs, and translate requirements into concrete specifications, flows, and wireframes to drive improvements across North America.

You will coordinate development, testing, and implementation activities, ensuring successful delivery. A Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years in BA/IT roles, with AI tooling experience, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
