Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Solution Delivery Analyst to provide admin and technical support for WMS Korber One. You will manage SLAs via Service Now, gather business requirements, and prepare functional and technical specifications.

You will collaborate with business users, developers, and project teams to ensure successful implementations and testing. The role requires 2+ years in IT/business analysis, strong SQL, and familiarity with WMS/ERP/CRM/BI systems.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to four years of high school or a 2-year IT degree preferred.
• 2+ years of IT or business analysis experience.
• Exposure to IT business applications and methodologies required.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Experience with writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems; High Jump experience a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with RF scanning processes and devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and on-call second and third tier end user application support.
• Manage SLA’s and ensure operations via Service Now ticketing system.
• Gather and analyze project business requirements for functions or applications under limited direction.
• Prepare accurate requirement and functional/technical specification documents.
• Coordinate with business users to identify functional cases and establish test scenarios and results.
• Test, validate, and evaluate new applications and functions, and identify issues in functionality.
• Serve as a communications liaison between business end users and application developers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of project management skills including planning, scheduling and execution.
• Lead small projects in various SDLCs (waterfall and agile) in alignment with stakeholders.
