Qualifications

• Education equivalent to four years of high school or a 2-year IT degree preferred.
• ITIL Certification Preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in business analysis or an IT related position.
• Exposure to IT business applications and methodologies required.
• Prefer 1+ years hands-on experience with business systems (WMS, ERP, CRM, BI).
• Strong math and analytical skills; ability to write SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day and on-call second and third tier end user application support.
• Manage SLA's and ensure operations are supported via ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Gather and analyze project business requirements with business teams and end users.
• Prepare accurate requirement specifications and functional-technical documents.
• Understand the relationship between functional and technical requirements.
