Job summary

You will coordinate internal SMEs and customer champions, manage timelines, monitor progress, and communicate progress to stakeholders. Travel is required; strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to influence others and lead customer engagements.
• Desire to lead and enforce project tasks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; strong communication across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and assist with solution adoption projects, ensuring timely delivery aligned with customer success and adoption plans.
• Collaborate with customers to understand objectives and define onboarding plans that drive early value realization.
• Assist customers in identifying and mitigating software adoption barriers including technical and communication issues and cultural differences.
• Coordinate with the Customer Success Manager to align the project with goals.
• Learn new releases and product functionality for upcoming onboarding projects.
• Provide demonstrations of the solution and lead calls and project tasks to meet timelines.
• Manage internal SMEs and external customer SMEs and champions throughout the project.
• Provide consistent progress updates to stakeholders about strategy and progress.
• Apply industry best practices and measure project performance for improvement.
