Job summary

ccmcnet is seeking a Solutions Advisor (Implementation & Adoption) to bridge product, technology, and client engagement and drive BUURT demonstrations, adoption, and onboarding across communities. This role blends sales support with technical leadership, ensuring successful go‑live and ongoing value for new and existing communities.

The candidate will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams, manage onboarding timelines, and develop repeatable playbooks for data migration,

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in a solutions/sales engineering, technical implementation, client onboarding, or product specialist role.
• Ability to deliver product demonstrations to non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing technical onboarding or implementation projects, including data migration, configuration, and user training.
• Strong project management skills to run multiple onboarding workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with change management and driving software adoption.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Presales & Product Demonstration: support engagements with demos, lead technical presentations, answer product questions beyond non-technical presenters.
• Deliver tailored BUURT demonstrations to communities, property owners, and stakeholders.
• Translate prospect pain points into clear product narratives and implementation plans.
• Support RFP responses, proposals, and proof-of-concept requests with technical depth.
• Maintain current knowledge of BUURT capabilities and roadmap.
