Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) Licensure.
• Proficiency in design programs such as AutoCAD Civil 3D; and
• Ability to nurture existing clients and desire to develop business.

Responsibilities

• Manage solid waste and site development projects from proposal through construction, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight.
• Lead project teams in the planning, permitting, and design of integrated solid waste facilities.
• Perform quality assurance/quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet regulatory and client requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams throughout all phases of the project.
• Prepare proposals and support business development efforts to expand client relationships and win new work.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with other CEC practices to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions.
