Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in design, permitting, and construction quality assurance of waste facilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate regulatory review processes.
• Professional Engineering (P.E.) license with ability to obtain Tennessee licensure.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, analysis, permitting, and construction-phase services.
• Oversee design of landfill systems including liners and leachate infrastructure.
• Prepare permit applications, design reports, and cost estimates.
