As a Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Waste Management Practice in St. Charles, MO, you will be involved in the planning, permitting, design, and site development of integrated solid waste facilities. You will manage multidisciplinary teams supporting local government and private clients across municipal solid waste, industrial, and energy sectors. You will oversee project execution from concept through construction, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction, while collaborating across CEC practices to deliver integrated solutions.
