Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) invites a Solid Waste Engineering Senior Project Manager to lead marketing and delivery for a broad client base in the solid waste market.

You will develop strategies to grow new business opportunities and work with the operations team to drive client development. Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus), 15+ years in engineering consulting, and a PE license is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred).
• 15+ years of engineering consulting experience.
• PE license is a plus.
• Demonstrated client development and management success.
• Ability to develop and mentor staff.
• Experience with proposals and statements of qualification.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HydroCAD and similar modeling tools useful.

Job description

As a Solid Waste Engineering Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll be responsible for marketing and managing services to a broad range of clients with an emphasis in the Solid Waste Market. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of effective strategies for expanding/growing new business opportunities. You'll work with the business operations team to influence and drive business and client development in a strategic and structured manner.

• BS in Civil Engineering (MS is a plus)
• 15+ years of engineering consulting experience
• Professional Engineering License (P.E.) a plus
• Demonstrated client development and management success
• Ability to develop and mentor staff
• Technical expertise to prepare and review construction documents, including specifications
• Experience with preparation of proposals and statements of qualification
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HydroCAD and other computer modeling software a plus
