Role Overview

As a Civil Engineering Senior Project Manager in the Waste Management Practice for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), based in our Oklahoma City, OK office, you will oversee project teams to perform engineering tasks such as airspace and earthwork volume calculations, prepare and review technical reports, design stormwater management, leachate collection, and landfill gas collection systems, conduct geotechnical analyses, and develop landfill grading plans, project details, and specifications. You will be responsible for creating proposals, budgets, and schedules, managing engineering staff, and ensuring quality control. Throughout the project life cycle—from conceptual design, through regulatory review, bidding, and construction—you will engage with clients, contractors, and local/state government officials.
