  • Complete deliverables and milestones on schedule.
  • Work closely with the Business/Accounting Manager, Project Managers and others on project reviews and updates as required.
  • Comply with and implement company QA/QC procedures.
  • Provide contract management support.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Supervise project staff and act as a mentor for less experienced solid waste technical staff and Project Managers.
  • Work with the New England Waste Sector Lead and waste client development leads to prioritize marketing targets.
  • Develop marketing strategies and proposals for new and existing solid waste clients.
  • Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of solid waste engineering projects such as solid waste facilities, transfer stations, landfills and planning studies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Experience with New England state solid waste and recycling regulations and permitting
  • Experience with solid waste master planning and implementation of waste diversion programs
  • Experience with organics management and organics facility design
  • Demonstrated understanding of client relationship management and evidence of experience interacting directly with clients
  • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Preference is given to local candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 7 years related experience
  • A minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, and have excellent organizational, project management, and communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Attitude and commitment to actively participate in our employee‑owned culture is a must
