Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks a Prevention Coordinator to train in substance abuse and suicide prevention, manage non-clinical cases, and coordinate risk inventories for the Ohio Army National Guard in Columbus, OH.

The role combines public speaking, instruction, and administrative coordination with state and community partners. You will work under the Risk Reduction Coordinator, tracking cases, maintaining records, and delivering critical prevention services to Soldiers and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a social science field.
• 3+ years in substance abuse, suicide prevention, resiliency, or non-clinical case management.
• Strong public speaking and briefing skills for diverse military audiences.
• Proficiency with MS Office and precise documentation in tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Train Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, and Bystander programs.
• Coordinate Unit Risk Inventory assessments and report outcomes.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from referral to disposition and track progress.
• Input records into databases and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Maintain relationships with State POCs and community providers; participate in councils.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for the RRC.
