Job summary

Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the Ohio Army National Guard in Columbus, OH. The role combines public speaking, training delivery, and non-clinical case management to mitigate risks and connect Soldiers with appropriate resources.

You will conduct prevention trainings, coordinate risk inventories, track cases, and maintain military databases with timely reporting, collaborating with Unit Commanders and State Points of Contact.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking, briefing, and instructional skills.
• Experience delivering prevention trainings to diverse military audiences.
• Proficient in documenting and tracking program activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Substance Abuse Prevention and Suicide Prevention trainings for ARNG units and leaders.
• Coordinate, facilitate, and quality-check Unit Risk Inventory assessments.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from referral to disposition and coordinate follow-up.
• Input prevention training, case management records, and suicide reporting events into databases on schedule.
• Maintain positive relationships with State POCs and community service providers.
