Job summary

XP Power in Gloucester, MA is seeking a Production Assembler to join our team. The role involves light electro‑mechanical assembly of moderately high complexity, following manufacturing procedures with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities include electro‑mechanical assembly of RF generators, PCBAs, cable assemblies, and fault diagnosis for continuous improvement. On-site shifts are 6:00 AM–2:30 PM or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM. Kelly benefits overview provided.

Qualifications

  • Must have soldering experience; one candidate can have just mechanical assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of basic assembly and electro‑mechanical assembly functions.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures in English.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in operating machinery such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand tools.

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Assembler to join our team at XP Power. The ideal candidate will perform production assembly work involving light electro‑mechanical assembly operations of moderately high complexity. Attention to detail is crucial as you will be following manufacturing assembly procedures.
