Qualifications

• Journeyman certificate or postsecondary diploma / degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Certificate in negotiation or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Placing skilled labor on projects and updating labor tracking systems.
• Source candidates through multiple channels to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Extend offers and complete onboarding for skilled craft personnel.
• Coordinate safety training and new-hire orientation on job sites.
• Coach and mentor craft personnel on career management and performance.
