You will lead high-performing teams, coordinate with engineers, and ensure cost-effective, compliant design solutions that align with project goals. The role requires 7-10+ years in civil engineering, a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, and PE designation preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE designation preferred for seniority and licensure.
• 7-10+ years of progressive engineering and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil design development for utility-scale solar projects.
• Coordinate interfaces with electrical, structural, and renewable energy systems.
• Manage external engineers of record and engineering consultants.
• Oversee stormwater management, drainage, and site development.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and project objectives.
