Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Three+ years of construction management in electrical or utility-scale solar.
• OSHA familiarity; NFPA 70E certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations, manage crews to meet schedule, safety and quality.
• Assist Site Manager with budgets, estimates, and forecasts.
• Review plans, specs, and coordinate field installations.
• Maintain project records and daily/weekly reports.
• Ensure safety as a core value and support safety program.
• Coordinate with customers and resolve issues.
