Job summary

Clēnera in Boise, Idaho seeks an Assistant Project Manager to independently manage complex coordination, documentation, and financial tracking for 2-4 projects. You will extend the Project Manager, identify risks, drive issue resolution and help ensure successful project execution and smooth turnover to operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in large-scale construction project management, engineering, or similar.
• Procore and MS Office proficiency; ability to learn company-specific tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities reviewing design deliverables and milestones.
• Manage procurement tracking and submittals, monitor schedules and risks.
• Monitor construction progress and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, and EPC deliverables.
• Support change management and analyze cost/schedule impacts.
• Oversee payments, budgets, and cost codes with Accounts Payable.
• Assist in safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate communications among PM, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead closeout coordination including punch lists and turnover.
