You will support development to construction of utility-scale solar and battery projects, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; other engineering disciplines with utility-scale renewables experience considered.
• 4–12 years of engineering experience in solar, storage, or renewables.
• Experience across development through operations and with EPC oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support across the full project lifecycle from development to commissioning.
• Lead technical due diligence for solar and storage projects.
• Develop specifications, diagrams, and EPC documentation.
• Coordinate engineering activities and optimize design for cost and performance.
• Evaluate options to improve reliability, constructability, and financial outcomes.
• Assist with EPC contractor selection and procurement of major electrical equipment.
• Coordinate interconnection studies and utility coordination.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet schedule and budgets.
