Qualifications

• Experience in solar O&M operations is a plus.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to regulations (OSHA, NFPA 70).
• Ability to supervise contractors and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Perform O&M activities including troubleshooting and repairs on solar plant equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA/NFPA 70 regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and reporting for the plant.
• Supervise contractors and issue POs for services and materials.
• Manage plant materials and inventory, including hazardous waste disposal.
• Maintain relationships with landowners and local stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and prepare JHA for tasks.
• Develop SOPs for repeatable work processes and maintain CMMS records.
• Inspect Balance of Plant systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Perform physical site work and operate in outdoor conditions.
