Terabase Energy seeks an experienced Foreman for our Terafab onsite team to oversee utility-scale solar construction projects and coordinate field operations on site. You will manage client relationships, train client crews, and ensure safety and build quality throughout the Terafab process.

Reporting to the Construction Management Office, you will lead a small team of technicians and subcontractors, monitor budget and schedule, document progress, and communicate risks and status to

Competenze

• 3+ years extensive hands-on utility-scale solar experience with a solid understanding of standard practices.
• Reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with standard construction equipment and OSHA operating certification.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Ability to travel frequently and work onsite on US-based project sites.
• Effective communication and leadership of small teams and subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• The Foreman is the main point of contact with the client for construction issues at the site.
• Develop and maintain positive client relationships and escalate issues as needed.
• Train client crews onsite for success in all Terafab processes.
• Manage project budget and schedule, providing leadership to onsite personnel.
• Understand project deliverables and KPIs, and be a champion for build quality.
• Ensure safety is the top priority across all onsite operations.
• Regularly report status, progress, and changes to the construction management office.
