Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in field operations, construction operations, or a similar environment.
• Proven ability to lead and run operations with accountability for performance and cost.
• Strong judgment and comfort operating in fast-moving situations.

Responsibilities

• Define the operating model for deployment and field execution.
• Recruit and retain a high-performing team for demanding field environments.
• Ensure teams execute safely and efficiently at project sites.
