Job summary

Terabase Energy, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Construct Operations team, report to the Director of Operations & Delivery, and coordinate with Project Managers, Data Analysts, and field personnel.

You will manage a portfolio of utility-scale solar projects, drive process improvements, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality artifacts and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• PM certifications or willingness to obtain PMP/PgMP/PMI-ACP.
• 7+ years as a project or operations manager in solar/renewable or related heavy industries.
• Strong time management and multi-project execution capability.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and PM software tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of utility-scale solar project management software.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage customer engagements and expectations.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor costs and schedules to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and thorough project documentation.
