Sletten Companies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Solar Site Construction Manager to lead field operations for mid-to-large solar projects. You will oversee on-site execution from mobilization through commissioning and serve as the primary liaison between field teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience as a Site Manager in solar EPC or renewable energy construction for large utility-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Business.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in project scheduling, quality control, commissioning and subcontractor management.
• Strong background in reading and understanding blueprints.
• Experience leading project teams and maintaining client relationships.
• OSHA 30 Certification.
• Current valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

• Ensure safe working conditions and enforce safety regulations.
• Lead the site team from mobilization through FC and handover.
• Oversee construction, testing, commissioning, and SCADA installation.
• Monitor schedule milestones and EPC contractual obligations.
• Review IFC drawings, manage inspections, QA/QC and ITP compliance.
• Collaborate to resolve construction challenges and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide on-site leadership, coaching, and performance development for field staff.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and uphold company culture.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on permitting and logistics.
• Prepare daily and status reports for management and track items of interest.
• Validate contractor payment applications and change orders.
• Manage onsite records and project close-out documentation.
