Sletten Construction Company is seeking a Solar Project Manager to oversee solar energy projects from inception to completion. This role will involve coordinating various teams, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with solar projects, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering. This is a full-time position requiring occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience with solar/energy related projects.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Experience leading a successful project team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Director and Operations Department.
• Oversee job cost reports and budget projections.
• Develop relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Manage project documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure safety procedures and meetings are documented.
• Interface with Public/Private Utility Companies.
