Job summary

Sletten Companies is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead on-site logistics operations for solar/site projects in Amarillo, TX. You will oversee material receipt, storage, and delivery, coordinate with the construction team, and ensure safety and compliance across all logistics processes.

The role requires 3–5+ years in logistics/matl mgmt and 3+ years on utility-scale solar sites or EPC projects.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of logistics or material management experience.
3+ years on utility-scale solar sites or EPC projects.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience with Bills of Lading and inventory systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Procore/Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute on-site logistics operations.
Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and project personnel.
Coordinate safe and efficient material offloading.
Identify delays and communicate to stakeholders.
Enforce logistics processes and documentation.
Coordinate with Site Logistics Manager on inventory and records.
Ensure site prep supports safe deliveries.
Oversee driver paperwork and offloading locations.
Verify materials received and documented per plan.
Maintain daily PODs and project reports.
Manage laydown yards and recycling efforts.
Ensure safety compliance with policies and OSHA.
