Job summary

Sletten Construction Company is looking for an experienced Solar Site Construction Manager to oversee field operations for solar construction projects in Amarillo, Texas. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in solar EPC or renewable energy construction and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring safety compliance, and collaborating with contractors and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Site Manager in solar construction or 3+ years in solar and a relevant degree.
• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and project scheduling.
• OSHA 30 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities, including commissioning.
